My Story Is Your Story
After a lifetime as a dancer, 10 years ago I fell in love with yoga. As the years went on, I developed a love for nutrition and I became obsessed with learning all about it. I read, listened and researched, learning from the top experts in functional nutrition. Over the years I would let my love for nutrition and movement fade away and adopt unhealthy habits that led me to gain 55 pounds.

4 years ago, I decided that enough was enough. I dove into exercise and renewed my love for nutrition and optimizing my body. I lost 55 pounds in less that 6 months and knew that I wanted to help others achieve their goals. My weight loss journey started with a desire to feel better in my body, but was ultimately much deeper. I developed a profound sense of self-love, confidence and optimism through the mindset and habit change strategies that I learned, starting with yoga and meditation. I experimented with all different types of fitness classes and programming from crossfit to bodybuilding. I found a love for discovering new things; new recipes, new ways to move my body, and new approaches to optimize my overall health, energy levels and mental clarity.

I am a NASM certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist. I am also certified as a Pilates instructor through PMA and have taught/coached barre, bootcamp, kettlebells, TRX, functional fitness, and many more modalities. I approach my coaching holistically, individualizing my clients plans to their specific experiences and goals. I don't just focus on what we do in the gym, but also on my client's health outside of the gym. My goal is to set my clients up for lifelong success, and focus on their health and longevity while reaching desired physique goals.
